The story of the Lagos Grill is that of a woman: Roseline Esnault, restaurateur by passion. She opened her restaurant in 2019 at  Grenoble (France).

Roseline Esnault imported her concept "Les Voyages"; the chef takes advantage of the best of her roots in Lagos (Nigeria) first by using products, techniques and know-how, bringing ''art ''à la française'' into a cuisine described as escape. Through multiple perfumes of travels from here and elsewhere, she has made the Lagos Grill the Lodge of African Flavors. A fragrant, spicy and delicate cuisine in which the chef particularly honors the sauces that accompany fish and meat.

Roseline Esnault's cuisine is sensitive and adapted to all tastes. The list of ingredients making up this gastronomy allows your palate to discover five major trends in tasty cuisine in the pure African tradition.
